Cadbury Mixed Chocolate Mini Muffins
Who can resist the temptation of Chocolate muffins? These bite sized treats are perfect for kid’s school lunch boxes. This is definitely one of Cadbury’s guilty little pleasures you have to try to believe.
Ingredients
• Any mixed Cadbury Chocolates, e.g. Cadbury Roses
• 5 oz plain flour
• 2.5 oz brown sugar
• 4 oz butter or margarine
• 2 tablespoons of Cadbury Bournville Cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons of milk
Method
- Cut up all the Cadbury mixed chocolate and put into a medium sized mixing bowl
- Mix all the other ingredients into the same bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Spoon mixture into a set of 14 cake cases and then put onto tray.
- Put into a preheated oven on gas mark seven for 20-30 minutes.
- Take them out and leave them in a cool place for 5-8 minutes. Mini Muffins may be served as they are or with chocolate icing
